Source: MLIT Real Estate Information Library property transactions (XIT001, category 01), independently analyzed by this site.

Coverage: 2023〜2025 are the three completed years and the chosen property type. Missing prices or unit prices are excluded from their respective medians. Incomplete comparisons are not shown if a request fails.
